There are always controversies over the judiciary and justice. I feel those lots of rules that are far away from Indian culture. Still at times there is to be something to control all those people, a systematic way. I feel entirely blaming on judiciary might be taken away when there are also few people in it who give importance to justice. At most time’s money rules over law and order making judiciary just as an onlooker. May be the citizen should come forward, at times they too are suppressed with those powerful rich and powerful. I hope it would be part of law and order. But still there justice somewhere hidden.

I would not say that Indian judiciary system is corrupted. We have one the best system in the world. But the people running the system are corrupt. No system can be perfect in itself. It is the people running the system makes it perfect. Indians never had the mentality of asking questions. That is why corrupt people sitting in the system always doing what they wanted. And they polluted the whole system. Now I feel with more reach of media, people are becoming aware of all these. It is our responsiblity to ask them about their work and responsibilty. And this is how we can make our system to work perfectly.

Yes I agree it is difficult to come back but not impossible. If we all try to chage ourselves the system will also change. Yes, the system will not become perfect but it will be far better than what we have currntly.
