It's just a random thought... No one's dying or something like that... So how do you imagine heaven? Is it a real place? Or is it just an illusion? Something taught to us to make us believe in all things good. Is it just a state of mind? I want to read your opinions.

Yes i do dream about it often. It a place full of whiteness with good people all around. You get treated well for everything you do and more importantly, you do not have to work like one on earth. Its just a state of mind. But being an atheist i do believe in such stuffs.

I actually wrote a discussion not to long ago about this very thing. I believe that heaven is enlightenment. I believe that it is just a state of mind, for I believe that everything is just a state of mind.

Well I am really not sure and I don't think any of us really know what Heaven looks like. But in my mind I imagine it as white clouds with restaraunts, and all kinds of places to visit and seeing the ones we loved again that have already passed and getting to be with them again that includes people and animals!

I think heaven of like the ultimate virtual reality. Only we have to die to activate it. It is anything that we want to be. After all, we are pleased with different things. There are different things that really make us happy. Therefore, we will have a slightly different vision of what heaven should be like. You know the saying, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Well I think it can apply. One man's heaven is another man's hell. It is what our mind makes it. Or it could be a complete void. None of us will know for sure until we die. Still if we believe, then it does not matter.
