Can I have two alertpay accounts?

I want to open nother alertpay account for the reason that I can register again in onbux. My account was suspended because my brother didn't know the terms and unknowingly he registered in onbux using the same computer I've used.

I have had my alertpay account re-instated by calling up their customer service. They are pretty understanding. They will asky you for the password & the email id. If you give them proper answers, you account will be reinstated. This is the most recommended option for your situation.

you can have another alertpay account by using another computer.
