I am planning to sell on eBay. I am already a member and purchased several items. Since I have many things at home. Like wireless mouse, video games, etc. I want to venture in selling at eBay. How do I start? Can someone share their experience? thanks a lot. I read few articles about selling but I want the real experience and tips.

The above comment sounds great just want to add that you also want to consider the costs for shipping as you want to factor that into the bid as well. Not doing so, you cannot change the rules later after the bidding begins.
Good luck. Find out what the fee is now as I understand it is no long free to list anymore.

Or, if you want to sell seriously on ebay, buy a digital scale. I got mine there very cheap. It's $5.45 including shipping and the scale works just fine.
It is good to buy shipping supply from ebay before you get started. It helps adding your feedback.

Quite easy, figure out how much the package weighs then go to the shipping calculator and see what it would cost. Some people up a bit to profit while others use the exact amount. In other words it may cost $4.80 to ship so some say $5.50.
Good luck and I wish you do well.

Aww.. it's too late, the free auction listing promo is over.. . But don't worry, you can get started anytime you want . I am an ebay seller, a new one. I started selling on July last year, but never been too serious about it. Well, this year, I want to concentrate more because I have buy more inventories hahaha
Well, I would do research before listing the item. Go to ebay and try to search similar items like yours on the completed listings. Pay attention on what price they are sold because you do not want to under or overprice your items.
Take good pictures with a few closeups on the defects/stains (if any). Write a good description including the brand, the type, how to use, as if you have no picture at all.
Good luck and hope that you got that first sale !
