The floods we are having here now are worse then the floods in 1974. The Wivenhoe dam is at 179% and rising and Somerset dam is at over 160% The river levels are at 20m and even my house isn't safe and we may have to evacuate. Somerset runs into wivenhoe dam and on the news just now they are expecting wivenhoe to be over 200% The maximum it can hold is 220% over that no one knows. The Pm has done a press conference and is getting the army involved in this tragedy. We have about 5m before we are isolated from brisbane. If we get isolated we cannot get anymore food and that.

We've been watching the news all day and it's heartbreaking to see what has been happening over in Toowoomba and sounding districts. Lost lives, homes torn from their foundations and floating down the streets. They say Brisbane is in for it tonight and tomorrow.
We are up on the Fraser Coast, and although we have experienced some flooding, we are not under threat. We are still in our home although some roads are cut off.
If you live in or around Brisbane my friend, I would get out of there to somewhere safe.
Report in here when you can and let us know you are ok.
