PTCs and Vacation Mode

Interested in the opinions of the experienced clickers here on mylot. Do any of the PTCs you click have a "vacation mode" option? Which PTCs are they, and what does there vacation mode include? Do you have to pay for it or just request it? Also, what would you think if a PTC charged $3 (standard) or $2 (upgrade) to give you up to two weeks of inactivity with no penalties? (Imagine this PTC had small penalties for every inactive day after the fifth day in a row, because it wanted to keep a reputation for active refs) What if there was also an "earn without clicking" vacation mode option? For example, earn 50% of what you would have earned from your referrals if you were clicking, with no penalties for your inactivity, for two weeks. What would be a fair price for that? Would $60 be fair, a good deal, or too much? If there was a one month option (earning that same 50% of what you would have earned from refs) for $120? Obviously this would more be for members with tons of refs, as it wouldn't be close to worth it unless you had hundreds of refs.
