Frankly speaking, Money is the only motivation for me. But in the interview, I would say, I love this job, I am so interested on it ... It is so falsehood, I know. But in fact, so many people like these falsehood words...

That is how people get their job. Why people need to work, it is because of money of course, how many people go to work not because of money? I doubt there are any, except those people who are really rich and they just work for fun. But how many people are like that?

LOL I know exactly what you mean. We don't all get our dream jobs, a lot of us have to settle for something that pays the bills - even if we have no real interest in the job itself. I've lied at so many interviews. "I would love to work for [this company] because blah blah blah". Ha ha ha.

At the beginning of my current job i had a lot of motivation because i learn new things and i can try new things to get a better performance of the duties, but when my boss was replaced all that motivation gone, now my motivation is the money because i need the job to sustain my family.

I hate my job so much, I am off right now on maternity leave but am going back next month. I think people who own their own business or some who work in healthcare like nurses, doctors like their jobs as they actually help people and make a difference, but for most of us it is only the money that motivates us.

Hi Mate, I partially agree with you. Money will not always the best motivation factor. Recognition for your work is majorly required along with that hike in salary and followed with perks would be a motivation.
