Well for one reason why I think Neobux is said to be an elite and paying site, it is because it is not a rented PTC site. Most of the PTC sites that are scam are rented PTC sites. Well I can say this because when I was just starting to earn online, I used to join all those PTC sites that I'd encountered and most of them are scams. When I try to investigate, I found out that most of them have something in common, they are rented PTC sites. Some of them are BuxHost PTC sites and some are Aurora Script PTC sites. This BuxHost and Aurora PTC site may have different names but they have similarities in in their interface. So I never joined any rented PTC sites anymore..
