my cats..think they are human!!

Missy ..she is my baby cat..She is quite sassy at - Missy is the youngest of my two cats..Though the youngest..she turns on faucets and flushes the toilet ..for what reason I don't know. She reaches out with her paw and pats my leg if she wants attention and carrys on noisily with quite an attitude if she doesn't get what she wants.. Pets learn from their owners..

My cats have been around me so much ..that they think they are human.. They seem to know just when to come purring to cheer me up and when not to purr..when I rather be alone.. They have mastered the art of turning on faucets and flushing the toilet..Missy ..my youngest is a pro at that. Do you find that your pets begin to think they are human and do human things???????

yea my 2 cats that I once had were the same way! it was crazy....they always knew when I was upset or mad, and they would come crawl up in my lap and purr and just look up at stare at me! it always made me happy! now my little dog that I have does the same, but will come try and lick my face or hand to make me happy instead of purr! I love animals that can feel their owners emotions!!

Did you took them to a psychiatrist? just joking! Well yes normally a cat can assimilate what ppl teach them and normally i guess a 6 years old cat has the capability of a 3 years old person ! From what i eard :)

Well my cat thinks she is human..she wont even drink out of her water bowl she insist on drinking out of the bath tub faucet!!+

Oh definately! My sausage dogs are convinced they are human. My girl sausage snuggles under my duvet until she has maneouvred herself with her head on the pillow and perfectly tucked in! Cats flushing toilets is pretty amazing though!

Yes..when Missy did that I thought for sure someone had gotten into my house..since I do not have anyone else here with me but cats.. I heard the toilet flush and then waiting..heart beating a million miles per hour.. IT was Misssy..Proud as can be!!!!

lol thats very strange, my dog sleeps only with the head on the pillow hehehe, he eats only what i eat.. so yes maybe they copy us :D

I think more so if they have had only you around since they were pups or kittens They begin to think that is the acceptable way to act.. Missy..mimics my "no" to the tee! She say noooo and prances off when I tell her no!!LOL+
