Whether its household chores, homework, or a disliked project at work, how do you force yourself to stay motivated and on track with what you need to get done? I sometimes procrastinate to the last minute and could use the advice. Thanks.

I make a bingo board of 25 things that have to get done during the week. When i get a row across done, then i get a small reward. When I get the complete board done, i get a bigger reward. i put the most hated items spread out so I have to do one of them to get a small reward.
I do the same thing, but with a smaller board at school.

That is a neat idea, like serenity said. Do you use a dry erase board?

I set a timeline.
Giving myself a little to do each day so I don't get bored with whatever the task is. I also take breaks to keep from getting burned out or overly frustrated. I too procrastinate so it's easy for me to accomplish something if I start on it early and just do a little at a time. Sometimes I get in the groove and complete more than I had set for myself and it frees up some more time or allows me to get done ahead of schedule.

Thanks, I will have to try to do a little bit at a time instead of leaving it all til the end.
