Money doesnt make happy

What do you think that people say that money doesnt make happy?
I think money can make someone happy, like if i could buy whatever i want i would really be a lot more happy. Im not saying that money is everything in life, but it's important to make someone happy.

Money itself doesn't make you happy,
Of course if you have to less to eat then you will need it.
But it's just about people.
If you have lots of money but no friends or a wife or family, then you won't be happy.
It's just that the money itself doesn't make you happy.

Friends and family are also important yes, but i do think money makes someone happy. A bit of both is important, but i would have a lot of money and a few friends i would be still be happy.
If i would have lots of friends, but not so much money i eventualy would want more money.
