Marriage - Bonding or Breaking

I love the loved ones getting married each other, in fact I would like marry my love one too. But do we need to leave our parents in order to make a relationship with somebody we love. We like to live the life with the loved ones but often we have to make adjustments with each other's family and what I believe a relationship can't persuaded with adjustments. So shall we leave our parents to live a life with our loved ones? Is marriage with a loved one bonds two heart or breaks a few??
