Patni taken over by iGate for $1.22 billion

Patni computers has been taken over by iGate solutions for $1.22 billion. iGate into itself is a $300 million company and has lent $700 million from Royal Bank of Canada for the take over. Isn't that amazing ?

Hahahaha Peter. well both are India based IT companies and Patni ranked 7th in the top IT companies in India. Not sure if any1 would want to take you over :)
