I am not getting any idea how to increase my blog traffic. I tried to use traffic exchange but it become boring and i don't have much time so can someone give me some ideas to increase traffic

Traffic exchanges are a waste of time. I did a couple of them and got rewarded with my pageranks going down the toilet. You're not going to get real traffic from them. They seem to be better suited if you want your referral banners looked at since some places pay if they're just viewed. I'd like to know the answer myself. I guess you could try exchanging links with other blogs that share your interest. You could also try directories which could help. Also you might want to use Twitter to tweet out your latest blog posts and of course you can have the link to your blog included on your profile.

People who join traffic exchange are having the same thinking. What was it? They all thinking about making traffic to their site or selling online e-books or even promoting online buiness.
So their brain are only forcus on that area. Motsly like 1% will get to see your site and hop in.
Only way to drive your site with more traffic is to pay those programe like 100,000 vister for maybe $25? to your website. maybe around few hundred will like site.

One of the best ways to get more traffic to your blog is via article marketing - write a related with a link to your blog in the resource box and submit it some of the many free article directories.
You can also find related blogs and forums etc and leave related comments linking back to your site.
Building links to your blog/website is an important part of seo and getting traffic to your site - along with things like having good content and keywords/phrases in your posts and titles etc. This helps the search engines understand your page and visitors to find your site via the search engines etc

Problem with getting traffic to your blog will be the fact you have illegal content listed on it. Other sites, traffic exchanges and so on may not like that and may refuse to link to you.
You could because of the illegal content post on one of those kind of sites / forums and that may help you boost traffic
