One of the highlights of this transfer window was Ronaldinho's future. The declining star has beem subject of speculation regarding his future at A.C. Milan and now speculation has come to an end: Ronaldinho will play in Flamengo. So the question is, will he recover part of his amazing ability in Brazil? Or he will look to end his career prematurately? My opinion is he will bounce back to Europe in no time.

Well, I think he should look to return to National team. It is sad to see how his career collapsed after being a world class player.

He will play very well in Brazil, because there is a place where he feels good. And Ronaldinho performs well only when he feels good and has lust to play. We all know that in Europe the accent is more on physical ability and tactics, in South America on the technique and joy of play. I think that the great career at top level in Europe has ended for Dinho, but he will make great games in his homeland.

I know whay you mean with the South America "futbol" or more known as "jogo bonito" but this happens only in Brazil, most of the other south american leagues are more european like. Anyway, I believe that Dinho's career isn't over in Europe, but it will depend heavily on his attitude more than his skill. Everyone that knows of football recognizes Dinho's skill and technique and with the right attitude and commitment, he will go back to Europe, although I recognize he will not play at the top european teams.

I think Ronaldinho has had a long career. Now that he has gone back to Brazil he will walk into oblivion quietly. I do not think he will play again for Brazil or would be around for any major tournaments. So I think this is near the end of the road for this great player!! Cheers! Ram

Ronaldinho has certainly seen better things. From a great player, he has now turn into a poor player. Gone are the flip-flops and the "no look" pass. I think the Brazilian has lost his passion for the game. This is the result of having too many parties. I don't think he could regain his form and we have seen the last of his entertaining tricks.

I was hoping he would go to Blackburn, but at least he'll be happy where he's going.

Indeed he must be happy to play again in your home country. However, I don't know if a move to an English club would be benefitial for him as he is fairly slow and the Premier League is know for fast pacy football. I believe he was ok in the Serie A, but instead of playing in Milan, he should have played in a different team with lower reputation, such as Palermo or Genoa.
