Lets say a homeless person stands during traffic. He gets one dollar from every red light. Or approximately 1 dollar every 2 minutes. That means if he works for 12 hours a day he would make $360.
In one month (30 days) he would have $10,080
In one year thats $131,490.
This is of course all tax free. Then why are homeless people homeless?
