Do not know why, I can not look at the eyes of others (people who are talking to me) when speaking, it makes me uncomfortable and hindered to believe in myself .. I am a weak person, if I meet new people, I am ashamed, I do not confident, just so hard to close with people .. and also strangely, it felt great pain when looking at the eyes of people .., Am I having a mental disorder?

Good day! Of course you're not. Maybe you're just shy. You're lacking self confidence which is a must. Be confident as long as you're doing nothing wrong. There's nothing wrong at looking at the eyes of others. :)

I believe that is a sign of inferiority complex. You should work out on overcoming it...

Nope everything's fine with you. Even i feel the same at times it's because you feel guilty. I have not been able to look straight in the eyes for many people because i have led many times before. Lying is one bad habit and if you get used to it it can be quite difficult for you to look into the eyes of others no matter how hard you try to look. Just try looking into the mirror and speaking to yourself. That would help regain your confidence. And tell more truths if you can. Means don't lie much more. Cheers!

which is indeed a difficult situation, I sometimes avoid situations like this, especially with people who think respect. sometimes people feel if her eyes visible, she would feel disrespected in speaking, Sometimes often nervous, too, so not concerned with what was discussed,

No you are not having a mental disorder. LOL Maybe since childhood you are a very shy person that's why you cannot look at the eyes of the people you are talking with. Have confidence on yourself. Just remember we are all the same . . . children of God so there's no need to be shy. You haven't done anything wrong , so why would you be ashamed?

aha, I am also confused by what I experienced over the years, I too do not trust myself to do it, maybe I should practice. Where, in front of the mirror ..? Haha
