I changed my eating habits. I believe it should all start from there. I eat everything I want for breakfast, eat less for lunch and just fruits or even nothing at night. I have concentrated on high fiber foods and stopped myself from drinking too much sodas and beverages that has high sugar content. I don't want to resort to weight losing pills because I wanted it to happen the natural way. Sometimes I feel a little deprived because of continuously stopping myself from eating the foods that I used to eat, but I just keep in mind that keeping fit will not only make me look good, it will also keep me healthy. Don't get me wrong, it's not that I don't eat at all, diet shouldn't be like that, diet is eating the right foods. Well admittedly before, i have the wrong choice of foods that's why my belly is now bulging on my pants. Little by little, I learned to substitute it with fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods. Now i'm working on developing my abs, i bought a work-out CD, and I am devoting at least 30 mins everyday following their routine. I'm gaining good results so far. I might try cycling too, I think its a great idea.

I apologized because the respond was doubled. It's because of my internet connection. I thought the first one didn't pushed through. Just please disregard this one. Thanks.

I go to the gym, but sadly I haven't had the same results as you have. I did promise my cousin that I will get back on the saddle this year and she has signed me up for the annual firefly tour of the city. Once I get my bike fixed, I will start training. That reminds me that I should spend some time on the exercise bike in the gym.

To loose weight i do not just exercise but also reduce the portions of the food i eat. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and spend at minimum a hour there cycling non stop or on a cross trainer.

I do exercise and eat healthy foods. Fortunately, our school is a big place so I get to walk hundreds of steps everyday. And we also have Physical Education twice a week, so it helps me exercise more too.

sad to say, I don't know how to ride a bicycle...tsk, tsk, tsk...I do swim regularly before but since I'm now in the city it's not possible for me to do so anymore, and I don't like swimming in public pools...sigh, I just walk and stretch my muscles every time I can to stay fit
