starting a ptc site

i am thinking about starting a ptc web site i was just wondering how many of you would join it and if you had any suggestions on what it should be like ie. onbux or maybe similar to clickcents and what the pay per click should be ?

I usually will try a new site. There are two things that scream "scam" for me. One make sure you really have a "support" button and a real person answers it. Be available for questions. Then payout. Those are the two things i look for to see if I will go back to a site or not.
