MYLOT an Answer To A Lonely Heart and Depressed People!

i do not have a lonely heart but i come here often when i feel sad.

i am not lonely or depressed......but i fill good to write here...because there are some things in everyones life that he or she cant say to anyone...but he or she can write it here easily.... this is a site where you can release your thoughts which are stuck in your mind...... have a nice day...

I agree that social sites and forums are outlets that people make to express themselves. It helps a person to release their emotional stress and other personal thoughts which is beneficial also. There are a lot of ways to breathe out frustrations, sadness and happiness and that is through social network sites and forum sites. It is much better to do this since you can get other people to communicate with you and tells you suggestions about certain problems in life.

If comparison to other site yes here in mylot you receive and get some advices from other friends, even suggestion. Actually yes a good medicine here chat and discussion something with others... see you around

For how many times I've told about the good things about mylot, I lost count already but am not tired to tell it again and again. This site isn't just all about money, okay, it's the reason why I joined here in the first place but as time goes by and being an active member I found out that mylot is beyond making money. It is about friendship, learning different cultures, sharing experiences to others, enhancing our communication skills and so on. Whenever sadness hits me I just search interesting topics to inspire and enlighten my day. Members are very supportive, they will cheer you up and give good advices when you are down and problematic.

Maybe yes . Since you can write about almost anything here, you can also post your problems and even ask for other people's opinion. I have read some posts (I think I also started a post) about real life situations, problems most of the time, and people with different views in life would give their different views about the topic. When you are sad and you made other people know about it through a post, you can find people who can relate to the same situation and can at least make you feel better through their advises. Posting and replying to threads would also divert your attention to other stuff making you forget your current worries.

Mylot was a great inspiration for me when I was a new member. I still am very much attached to mylot as my favourite discussion site. Actually, it is my only discussion site. I have meade many global friends here. Imagine the world without borders is one of what mylot has created through this site.

Yes, I think so, because for me having to answer different types of discussions can lessen the stress your feeling in your heart. It can also make you relax and think of nothing but only to answer at all the discussions you can answer. Sometimes when I get bored at home and at school or even at work, I tend to go to mylot to start answering discussions and posting one or two. This I can only help people in my opinions but I can also take away all the negative things that happen to me..

I do for different reasons like you said I talk to my friends on facebook but those are people that has known me for a few years or longer and it helps sometimes but here people only know you by what you type and what you have to say so here i dont have to worry about what people think of me that knows me in ways that other people dont i can be ohnest and people dont judge me and that helps out alot.

Hello, Rberon. Do I need to make further explanation or share more of my personal experience here than I already did? From the very beginning this site has been my sanctuary whenever I feel sad, scared, confused or even angry. It is not something that I do in facebook. Heck, I don't even share that much in facebook than I do in Mylot. It must be the feeling of freedom to express myself here without getting judged negatively. People here are trying to understand and help rather than of feeling you more guilty about something or putting the blame on you. In this site, I am not scared to pour out my deepest thoughts and emotions. What is amazing is that even the naughty stuff are also here. I've read posts from someone (won't tell who she is) telling her intimate thoughts about her intimate relationships with her partner. And I don't find it filthy but entertaining. And, I'm learning at the same time. Thanks to my husband who discovered Mylot first and gave me the full privilege to become active here.LOL

I don't know that I would go so far as to say that mylot is an answer to a lonely heart for me because I don't have a lonely heart. However, I will go so far as to say that the time that I've spent on mylot has fulfilled a place in my life where there was a need. Being a stay at home mother means that I don't have as much adult interaction as I would like to have and being a member of mylot for the last year and a half has helped to fill that hole in my life.

Hello rberon, Another interesting discussion from you, well when i joined mylot i am not after the earnings but i am after the friendship that i can get from this site but as a day pass by i really enjoy being here for so many reasons i gained a friends here (the mylotters who attended the conference last December), the ideas that i get from each discusion and topic i responded, the freedom of my expression and many more. So do you have a lonely heart?maybe i can make that lonely heart happy , we cannot deny that this site really helped many users in different way and whoever made this site we are really thankful . happy posting

im new here and been a member only for just over a week. but i have to say, so far, this is my most visited site. i have forgotten all about facebook and twitter. i agree with you. i do enjoy reading stories and participating in discussions here. it's healthy. i learn a lot from other people. and it makes me happy. myLot is really awesome. it links the world thru healthy and helpful discussions.

I am a new user of Mylot.I find it provides many opporyunities to communicate with people in the topics that interests me.I think that I can receive people's advice when I meet some trouble.And I am sure that I will spend much time in this site.

I don't come here only in depressed condition...its my all time favourite site...you are right that if u want to discuss things and want solutions to problem ..here u will find most accurate answers...if u be here regularly you will not feel lonely ...this i know...but i come even when i don't have time from my daily tasks and i try to steal time to be here...

All I can say is that I'm having fun here and learning many things at the same time so the earning is just a bonus for me now.

At some in time, I think mylot is a good avenue to express what you feel. There are people who are really good in giving advices. I think there is also the community concern here. Although you cannot chat directly with other members what they tell you might be the answer you are looking for. Anyway do not be sad as, let's us be happy, we have mylot.hahaha

I am not totally in agreement with you,maybe for some people yes, it is true, but as for me, I do not consider myself lonely nor depressed but I come to Mylot anyway because I just love the exchange of ideas and I love sharing my thoughts for various subjects. It has nothing to do with loneliness or depression. I think I am too busy for those two things.

Truthfully speaking, i feel blessed to have joined this site! This has become a channel to let out all my anger, frustration, disappointment etc.. Yeah i seem to be using a lot of anger!! Guess i am a very angry person!! So i would add self discovery to the list too!! And yes the not knowing the true identity does help as one can easily seek advice and discuss difficult issues and get different opinions!! Its like the site is pouring knowledge and understanding!! i love it!
