My Windows Media Player is Mislabeling Songs!

my windows media player is driving me nuts.. i upload all my cds to my pc and some of them where mixes i made from other cds i had and it seems to be mislabeling them as the wrong songs! ill have doubles of one song and i will think it was maybe from a mix cd and it turns out its a different song altogether and not the one labeled.. also it breaks cd's up into multiple sections.. my lady gaga cd is broken up as if it were 3 and i tried moving it to make it one and it wont merge.. there has to be a way to fix this but im just clueless on how..
anyone know how to fix these problems on windows media player?

It happens sometimes. I remember my Roxettes' Dangerous beingtagged as a song of Michael Jackson. o.o
