I HATE RUDE RACISTS. What do you think?

My friend recently moved to Australia, and it's been real hard for her because she was already in college when she was back here. When she moved to Australia, she had to retake two more years of high school, so that she could be at par with the educational system. So, it's been tough on her emotionally. She's been adjusting, however, and she got herself a job at a drive thru. Now what annoys me is this story that she told me about a few nights ago. She works as the person who distributes the orders at a drive thru. What happened was, there was this white, fat, drunk dude who drove in and started yelling at her because she gave him the wrong stuff. It was, however, due to the fact that the person who took his order didn't exactly get the right order. So, he started yelling really insulting words at her... The way I imagined it, it was really degrading coz she has somewhat dark skin, and her eyes look Asian, and I could guess that a fat dude who doesn't bother care for himself would definitely not care for others. So, nothing would stop him from disrespecting a young, Asian girl like my friend. I just hate people like that. No sense of dignity at all. What do you guys think?
