Poll Question: Do you think health and safety has gone crazy?

I have bought this topic because we wear goggles for out safety. This is a new generation and i heard about a school that it has banned pencil cases because it might contain sharp objects like pencil or pen whatever.
So what do you think, is all the politics making health & safety a bit over the top or it is just their to protect us?
please share your opinion.

There are too many laws that are useless, only because somebody had a loud enough voice and they were tired of being the nobody in the huge crowd of demands. Kids are kids, they are adults a lot longer than they are kids but people who do this sort of crap are stealing their childhood. Is it any wonder why they don't want to grow up, because they were never allowed to be kids and get hurt like normal kids do. Its not there to protect us, its there to control us, big difference, big difference.

i agree with you my friend this is what they want they want to control us, they want to rule us but they have did many good thing for us but some of them are going over head..

Lol at banning pencil cases. Almost anything can be a weapon in the wrong hands. Maybe they should ban paper and protect our youth from those nasty paper cuts! But seriously we should all try to be safe and healthy, but within reason. If you watch too much Dr. Oz or The doctors you'll be scared of everything... "and next on the Dr. Oz Show, the 10 items to get out of your house right now before they kill you, after this commercial break". It is getting a little over the top.

i too think that it is getting over the top because if a pencil is banned in school then what will be done in future:p
