I returned to my gymn class after missing it for three weeks. And it was very nice to have so many people come up and welcome me back, saying how much they missed me. It was a surprise, I didn't realize how many noticed me in the class. This has never happened to me before and it did warm my heart. Has this happened to you? How did it make you feel. I am going to take more time and pay more attention so that I can pass this feeling on when someone is gone.

Yes, it is nice to be missed. It's much better than being hit. Being hit can sting, or leave a bruise. Being missed is better.

It would have been a nice feeling to have all those people welcome you back! I felt similar to you when I left my job to go on a year’s maternity leave. I received many wonderful gifts and a huge card signed by almost everybody in the organisation telling me how much they were going to miss me! I couldn’t believe it! I had no idea just how many folks actually cared…It is nice to feel appreciated every now and again isn’t it?

That's sweet. Whenever I take off from work they always miss me and want me to come back. But I only know that's the case because my supervisor doesnt like being stuck with my work that has to be done. But then I am friends with alot of my co workers too so I know they really do miss me but everyone else who knows lol. I never been somewhere though and has been missed before, but that's nice they missed you and welcomed you back. Such a great feeling.

Hiya savy, That is nice of them to remember you and welcome you back. How nice is that? I have not had anyone miss me like that at least around here for a long time. However I am glad that you know that they want you to be there with them taking part in the Classes and keeping fit too which is very important also.

Yes, I think I was in second grade and I missed school for 3 days because I got in a traffic accident with my mom. We're both pretty fine now, but now my mom has a phobia for crossing streets. When I came back everyone welcomed me and even let me copy their notes and stuff and kept me updated and helped me catch up in school .It's really heart warming.

You must be very happy with life that it just shows in your aura and all. That's what most people like in others. I too feel very valuable and loved whenever there's someone or family and friends miss me.

Isn't it nice? I am not a member of anything but church where people would miss me, but they do. I like that you have carried it a bit further and said you are going to observe others so you can pass it on. It is good to be aware of our people around us and know when they are missing.

That is the beauty of being nice and friendly to others. Anytime, anywhere people misses you once you go MIA. And the feeling is wonderful to be missed and feel I really belong to that group.

That is certainly a heartwarming feeling especially if you don't really socialize with anyone much. I know with our hours being nill this time of year @ work, it seems to happen from time to time there. You know the "I didn't know you still worked here?" "how's it going? long time no see" as this time of year I work 10 hrs our less and you don't always bump into people you enjoy chatting with. As over the holidays I worked with up to 4-5 people but this time of year I'd be scheduled solo.

Yes, it does the heart good to know that people value our company-even if we don't socialize a lot! I'm glad you got back to your class and that you're a valued member. It's good to get back to a pleasant routine!

How nice and sweet. I also like it when somebody misses me. I just feel glad especially when my special someone misses me. I just want to hear from him that he misses me. Also my friends and best friends. I feel really happy that they missed me. When somebody misses us, it means we're important for them. They just feel incomplete without us and whenever they're having fun, they feel that something is missing and its us. Its nice to be missed that's why sometimes I pretend that I'm busy on something so that others would not see and and I want to know if they really miss me especially my special someone. I'm not texting him everyday so that he would miss me. You too could try it too. Anyway,Thanks for sharing. Happy mylotting! :)

Definitely love the feeling that someone missed you or your friends missed you. It makes me feel important and special in a way since it meant that I might have said or done something good for all of them. It's also a way of knowing how much you've changes since the last time they saw you, both physically and also when it comes to your personality.
