How to attach a picture in the post?

Hi guys! I'm new in the mylot. I wanted to know how to attach picture when you comment or start a discussion. Thank You. I hope you could me here for me to gain more friends. Thanks!

Also in there you will see verbatim that it says:
[i]When can I add photos?

Only users with a rating over 500 will be allowed to upload photos into comments and responses.[/i]
