I would definitely try to find anotheer job. Though, I would surely not quit the old one just yet. Finding a new job might take a long time and be hard. Giving up the one you already have seems to risky, unless you are pretty sure that you can find a new one. Anyway, if I was unable to find a new job, I would try to communicate as little as possible with that boss.

Exactly what I wanted to say. Simply look for work quietly so that you are not let go before you are prepared with another job. Steer clear and of course make sure that you do as told withing your job duties and give him a taste of his own medicine by simply trying really hard to smile and not let on that you are seeking employment elsewhere.

if your financially capable, relieve yourself from more stress and leave your nagging boss, that person is just filling you with more garbage adding it up to your workload...still, even if you are not financially good, pack up both your talent and your experience...there are lots of places to find a job...lastly,if you are tired or moving around and knowing that no such company is perfect and you can even find a worst, fat, ugly, mind menace, it wouldn't mind to have a little prayer each day for your boss and smile at that person everytime. smiles can break even a stone heart so they say, and so just wear a kiddy smile, which is a real ultimate relaxant. who knows, you may become very good friends and you may even wind up being partners while your company grows up.

That's what happening to me. I quit and found another employer instead and it is me who are the boss now. Earning online is the way to go!

I definitely will! And, sadly, I have that kind of boss, too. And, yes, I'm currently on the look for a better job out there. If your only problem is the boss, do as they say above - wait for the next job before you quit.
