Not in the same room, I always fell asleep as a kid with my mom watching Johnny carson, so a tv in the nest room helps me sleep.

Sleeping - zzz - Sleeping is very important. But try not to do it at your work.

I can fall a sleep very easily. Even with very loud noices on the background.
