Easy home employment is real or scam?

I have heard about these sort of websites but most of them turn a scam afterwards, I think that any company who is giving any sort of employment will not charge upfront. This makes a bad image about the company. For me if any company is charging any kind of upfront I just ignore that sort of company. In this short span of online earning I have lost much money and time after these scam sites and companies. So, as far as my experience is concerned I will not suggest anyone to pay any kind of upfront for getting a job.
