I'm more of a follower than a leader.. But when they would choose or assign me as a leader in the group, I'd say it's an honor to be chosen as such. I really don't rely on myself that much. If I'm the leader, I'd still look forward for a lot of team work to get the job well done.

Greetings! I'm a follower. I'm not responsible in leading others and I admit it but If there's nothing I can do, I mean if somebody had chosen me to be a leader. Its okay. I would lead others because others said, you can't be a leader if you're not a follower. I wasn't sure but its something like that because if a leader became a follower before, he knows what to do. He knows how to handle the situation because he learned from his leader before. And that's my point of view. Happy mylotting! :)

There is a saying that a good leader is a good follower. Of course you won't know how to lead if you have no idea on how to follow. Being a leader, you should know how to work with the people. How to get work done. Although, I don't believe that saying 100%. There are people who are really bad leaders even if they are good followers. there also are people who are good leaders but very bad followers. I myself am an example of the latter. I like taking the lead, and most people are glad that I do (I'm not being conceited here or anything, it's just that most times, people pick me as the leader, or when there isn't anyone picked out, I'm the one who talks to everyone and tries to steer the group into whatever our goal is), but I'm a really lousy follower. Well not that lousy, it's just that when the leader is someone who isn't "leader material" or is too aloof or to uptight, I tend do push the limits. If the leader is too aloof, I try steering the group in the right direction (my opinion of what is right). If the leader is too uptight and strict, I goof off, I take everything literally and justify childish or annoying acts by technicality.
