family problems

so i want to move in with my bf and his family. i'll be 18 on february 6 and i am a junior in high school. now my mom and dad split up when i was 4months and idk i was wondering if anyone could help me with some information like do i need my mom to sign me over too if my dad has full signing rihgts? like i dont understand how it all works. i would appriciate it if someone can give me some information. thank you :)

I am pretty sure that you can have your dad sign off on that. I am not positive, but I am pretty sure. But I have always thought that once you are 18 you can do what you want.
