The future of Nintendo

I'm a huge gamer. I've always played video games since I was a young boy. With that said, as a huge gamer I have always held a special place in my heart for Nintendo. I own a Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3, and play a lot of downloadable titles on my PC. I love the Nintendo Wii, but over the past year I haven't really touch my Wii at all. I only played Mario Galaxy 2, No More Heroes 2, and Metroid: Other M last year. Financially wise, it's clear that the Nintendo Wii is doing awesome, but my biggest certain is, what does the future have in sort for the next Nintendo Wii, or whatever they chose to name it? The Nintendo Wii is an incredible system that brings everyone, from your mom to your little sister, to play games. It's innovative and most importantly, affordable. However, this doesn't mean it's without flaws. I, myself truly wish that Nintendo's next console appeals to the hardcore audience from the launch of their new console, and not a year later. Let me know what you want to see from the next Nintendo console, and also what Wii titles have you played in the past year.

The last few months were great for Nintendo alot of awesome games were released, and I agree that they need to focuss on a hardcore gaming console, but I notice that more hardcore games are coming to the wii (Black Ops is a good example) And the 3DS as some promising games!

Well as far as a new Wii, it will probably be awhile because right now I think they're pretty busy with the 3ds (which I'm pretty excited for). Even though I'm not one to care much about graphics, I think the next nintendo console should definitly have HD, I mean you can't hold back giving their console HD for 2 consoles in a row lol. As far as Wii games I play, some of my favorite are Mario Galaxy (1 and 2), New Super Mario Bros, Brawl, Mario Kart, and Donkey Kong Country Returns. I'm looking forward to Zelda Skyward Sword, and I'm thinking tomorrow of getting Boom Blox Bash Party.

I still have Nintendo in my heart since my first game console was a Super Nintendo and I still have it. I have the Nintendo Wii, but I only used it once to play with my dad. The reason I only used it once is cause my room is small and it's not the best place to play the Nintendo Wii. So I have to plug it in the living room in order to play, but someone loves to hog the tv. So I play the Playstation 3 a lot more. The other reason I haven't played the Wii is cause the games are mostly for kids. I wish Nintendo would bring good games like the Super Nintendo era instead of Mario this and Mario that. Only reason their sales are up is cause family can play it with their kids and it's affordable. But the games just plain suck.

Well, I don't know what Nintendo is going to do for a console after the Wii, but games for the Wii that I have played are Super Mario Galaxy, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Super Mario Bros Wii, and Cabela's big game hunter. yeah its a long list :)
