Which One is better Way to Express Our feeling?

Greetings! It depends on you. both is good but for me, I would choose "music" because I love to sing and people can easily get what my feeling is because of the song. If I'm sad, I can make the lyrics sad and also the tune. If I'm in love, I can make a love song. That's what you can do if you express your feelings in a song but making poem is easier than making a song. You just have to make those lines rhyme. Your poem could also be a song. Whichever way is the one that seems most natural to you. For me, it is through poetry, I am hopeless at writing music, but I find when inspiration strikes, I am able to put words into a poem. There is no better way, all are forms of art, and art is an expression of feelings.
