I just joined another paid-to-write site, this time it's factoidz.com. I have heard many good things about this site and that they are very credible with their payments. Are any of you on Factoidz.com? Are you making the money that you had hoped to and are you being paid properly for your work? Approx. how much can a person make if they write an article a day for a month?

I'm currently writing for factoidz too, and am aiming for a staff writer position. Wrote about five articles this month, and including the activity bonus, I now have a total of six dollars and sixty six cents. Not sure whether to be happy about this or to be intimidated by this frighteningly coincidental occurrence of the Number of the Beast. :) Yes, they do pay, as I receive my earnings via Paypal without fail from them, though I've heard claims from a forum of a similar paid-to-write site called Triond, where I've written for the better half of last year, that it is a scam, that at some point, members would be booted out for no reason at all, rendering them ineligible to receive their earnings. Still, not saying you shouldn't give it a go. All the best in your writing venture, mate. :)

Hey! It is nice to hear about your earnings in factoidz twiknight i am impressed. But sometimes when i spend so much time in writing a nice quality article by me and it gets rejected in factoidz, i am left quite frustrated. I then publish them in triond.
Can you give me any tips on what to write in factoidz to get published?. I wrote a product review too which was rejected saying that it didn't meet their standards i am quite upset about that. please help. do you write product reviews.
i have sent you a friend request too.

Good luck with the staff position. Keep writing and I'm sure you'll do great. I probably won't try Triond, I haven't heard THAT many good things about that site.

The good thing about Triond is that you can choose to receive your pay either by check or via paypal, though in order to receive a check from Triond, you'll have to reach its minimum payout: fifty dollars. Still I won't say it's a total waste of anyone's time; all it takes is a little perseverance to make the best out of it. One thing to avoid while writing for Triond: the writer's forum, where trolls frequent almost every day. If you can't stand profanity, my advise for anyone thinking about joining Triond would be to stay away from it. Not to mention the near unreadable rubbish that constitutes half of the articles published every day in Triond...

Hi there,
I'm not a member of Factoidz, but I have not heard many good things about it, maybe that's why the reluctance to join it in the first place.
I hear that they are legit, but I don't know how true that is. Anyway, would like to ask. Which other writing sites are you a member of?

I submitted a review to reviewstream.com today and have also become a member at Bukisa and Helium. Although, I don't believe I can get paid at Helium because I live in Canada. I've written to them asking about this, but haven't received a reply yet. Reviewstream.com has had mixed reviews. Some people swear by it's power to make you money, while others are disgusted by the way they are treated from the admin. there. I still thought that I would give it a shot, though. There is potential to make good money for writing short reviews on pretty much anything that you want to.

Thank you for sharing...
I'm was a member of Review Stream. I have been paid by them twice, I think. Then I stopped after only getting bulk payments. I used to get more full payments. I think they may be overloaded with reviews already in the good categories. So I decided that I will still continue to write reviews, but for my writing site, Triond. I thought that in the long run, I would benefit from this. But do go on and try ReviewStream for yourself. Only you will be able to judge whether it is good for you.
Helium rejected my writing and shut down my account. As for Bukisa, I only have a couple of articles there, but may write more for it soon. I have not been paid by Bukisa though. If you are interested to join Triond under me, do PM me okie. It's a good site, low payout of only 50cents per month.

yeah, for sure many aspiring writer need to think twice before joining factoidz. i even see some writer who write about their in factoidz and have their articles deleted. because the admin of the site does not want for other to know the problem existing on the site. i read some writer articles written more than 200 and they reach limit and get demoted to member not earning any cents. so you need to browse the site you could find other articles written by former members who write quality topics and get demote. you could read some articles written by author telling their experience. you have to read them before deciding to join it would really open your eyes about the truth...

site sounds interesting, but I've just found a site suggesting people aren't getting paid and calling it a scam
(main review is positive but the comments aren't)

Yeah, unfortunately, you'll always find reviews on sites that say that. But, sometimes you just have to try for yourself, you know what I mean?

factoidz is a ponzi scam. i starting to get the real picture and understand what the other writer tell about their bad experiences on the site. it is true some members are downgrade or demoted and they could no longer receive their earning..i observe and try to browse some articles written by other factoidz writers and discover some who had written more than 100 become member when they are suppose to be a factoidz staff or factoidz member. it mean they get banned and lost their publishing rights. the owner and so could moderator have no compassion they are so slow, blind and mute to anyone who complain. if you do so expect to be banned or suspended..
