I just feel so fat. I need to lose weight. I've gained a lot of weight recently & I'm going to the doctors to see whats up. Its so hard for me to lose weight. I mean I really have to work at it like 10 times harder then anyone else. My metabolism is very slow. Hopefully they'll figure out whats wrong. I mean it was a lot of weight in like two weeks. I looked swollen. Ugh. If I could wish for anything it would be to be skinny. I know that sounds horrible and selfish but seriously. Its ruining my life. I'm depressed because of it and my boyfriend is like uhhh. whats going on here... because seriously. I don't look how I used to...
Kind words would be appreciated

It is easy to say that you go exercise or diet but I know that those things need a lot of motivation. Have you heard of that diet where you can eat and still burn fat? I really believe that with the right combination of food and ingredients, you can prepare a meal that will help you lose weight. There are also a lot of recipes out there about such dishes. At least here, you do not have to abstain from eating and for a diet, I believe that is quite motivating.

hi xomgitskamax.. its a good call to have a consultation with your doctor. especially with girls, it is always an issue. but don't worry, there is always hope. i have a best friend and he was over weight ever since his childhood days but he was able to trim down, i mean really "see the difference" trim down, and he did it with exercise and diet. i know its sounds like a cliche, but he really did changed his lifestyle. he already volunteers to do work, when before he was so lazy, then goes to the gym and even does extra work outs and he really watches his diet. i can offer you weight loss tips, i research them in the internet. these are just some of the tips that i can remember.
1) exercise - add extra physical activity like walking to work
2) diet - learn to watch what you are eating
3) chew food slowly
4) drink a glass of water before eating
5) eat small frequent meals on a regular basis, eat mostly fruits and veggies.
6) don't starve yourself - you'll just have ulcers and eat more.
7) get enough sleep
8) get it done - no buts or laters
hope this helps. :)

becoming fat is really a huge issue. I never used to have a big issue with the way i look till i met my husband. I remember the first time he told me about my belly in church one day. Also, his family is working my last nerve. Everytime his mother sees me the first words that came out of her mouth are "Wow, you are getting fat" or something similar.of course, it hurts me and that's why it's a must for me to get in good shape. i hope to start working out regularly.

I have the same problem as you and I did felt depressed sometimes. But the good news is we can get out of this depression. Positive outlook, focus and determination is the key factor for us to lose weight and seeking professional help is also good to ensure that we do it the proper way. Consult a dietitian and/or have a personal trainer to keep us on the move out of the fat zone. Goodluck and Cheers to us!

Its a good idea to seek for a doctor's help. They can give you a special type of diet plan that would really be effective for you. That way, you won't also be harming yourself.
I have been doing my own diet plan since the time I have started dieting and it does me no good. My weight would drop fast but I eventually gain it back. My body's not functioning the way it used to. I mean, its not responding to other medicines like it used to.

i,ve gained a lot of weight too, i know how you feel. But the best thing to do is i guess is start doing exercises to shed off those excess pounds.I 10-30 minute walk could make aa lot of difference. Besides, having activities will help you get off from your depression...that's what i'm doing.
