I've been finding it hard to sleep for these past seven days. Usually it would take about 1-2 am before I finally sleep. What will I do to solve this problem. I'm always lack of sleep. Sometimes I get a headache... Do you know any solution on this?

Hi BambiDee
I know what you mean, in fact we're in a same situation like that and the effect is bad, especially the headache and dizziness. My solution and it works for me is try reading a book before you sleep, read and read until you will feel that you'll fall asleep but for starters, read at least 5 pages as a start. It works for me on my part.
hope this will help you

I used to have insomia ,too but after a friend suggested and taught me how to massage my head with oil, I'm now having some good sleeps. The technique? Put oil,(Herbal oil) on your temples, massage slowly with finger tips, going round, up to the forhead. Do this for five to fifteen minutes before going to bed. It works for me and hope same with you.

My friend has this kind of condition to. Then someone advice him to drink a couple of hot milk every night. He do the advice and from that day on he has slept on time.
Also I have read somewhere in the internet that exercising before going to sleep will help cure insomia..
Good luck Bambi Dee
