Posting as fast and as many as you can here on mylot!

Have you ever tried posting as fast and as many as you can here on mylot just to find out how many you can make in an hour or in a day? Sometimes I intend to do it, but I always end up slowing down and getting bored. How about you?

No I have never tried this because... what is a 'post' here? MyLot is for discussions and if we spend our time here doing just that, discussing and furthering the topic, then we will be rewarded more than if we 'just post' making our number increase. I prefer to get involved in a few interesting discussions, commenting in even more than one box, rather than responding to many or starting many discussions. That is not what myLot was intended for at all.

Hi, most of the time that I am here in my lot is I am reading and replying to other people's discussion, Like you, I tried it too, but I end up slowing down too, I get bored, and then I did not return for how many days after it. But I have just realize that I should not set earning here as my primary goals it is just a bonus, the important is that we learn a lot from here.

That's a good idea and it makes sense. I have tried to work all day but at my age the eyes start to fade out.

I tried to do that when I was still new in this site. That was when I was trying to set a goal on earning a dollar a day. I responded to all discussions that I come across even to the extent of responding to four year old discussions that don't have replies yet. That time I consider it fun but my efforts paid off since I was able to earn a dollar a day but it tend to tire me up and lose interest eventually. When I reached my goal I started to slow down and just depend on my mood whether I would be active or not.

Hi "ybong...", That is how I started but found out that I would burn out if I kept up the pace I started with. Since then I have learned to write until I get tired or bored. When I do I stop and do something else for awhile. The result is no burn out. let's face it this is not the quickest way to make some extra cash but it is steady and it is completely "UP TO YOU".

I'm a deep person, and I just want to answer to questions that are revelant to how I feel. There's some valuable lessons to be learned here especiailly if we carefully read each others' posts. There's times that I'll read entire discussions (complete with responses) without posting my own response. I find when I put pressure on myself to do so much and make so much it stresses me out bigtime. Anyway just my opinion.

Hi "Masihi", I like your opinion. You do what I do as well. I enjoy doing this and I don't want to pressure myself too much otherwise I will get bored or stressed out and then I will not want to do it any longer.

I spent an hour one day posting as much as I could in only that one hour. I got 2 best responses out of the time spent, and earned about 35 cents. A pretty good day for me. I usually spend about an hour a day on mylot just spread out where I pick and choose and think through my answers.

Hello "asyria" I spend about two to three hours here or until I get tired which ever comes first. I usually take a break and play TW Golf for about an hour or so then it's back to work. I don't get too bored then. What about you?

I don't want to do that because it gives me headache. I participate at MyLot and enjoy it while doing it. I enjoy it specially when the discussions i started gets at least 6 responses! LOL Also i am so happy whenever i was marked the best response!

only when I first started then I found that all that stupid counting was not making me more earnings but slowing me down when I could just post and enjoy answering to my friends and learning new things here. I made more earnings actually as I w as not so up tight about how many I cou ld make blah blah.So I just relaxed and enjoyed myself and was pleasantly surprised that I was earning more this way.I really do not know how one could get bored on mylot as there are tons of discussions to pick from but of course if you do not really like mylot I guess you could get bored. the modern person seems to be bored most of the time maybe because he or she is used to being entertained all the time when not at work. Me I am not that addicted to the boob tube.so called because it makes boobs out of us after awhile.

Hi "Hatley", You tell them. I do like you do. I write until I get tired or bored then take a break. Some days I don't even touch my computer. As far as subject matter is concerned a person should never really get bored with all that is going on in the world today.

I guess i have tried doing something like that, but you don't get the fun in doing so. I can only answer to some of the discussions here, and not every discussion can be that interesting. The best you could do is to start a new and attractive discussion and as the responses keep pouring in, just keep answering them as fast as you can. I have had nice pay outs doing the same.

Hi, dear. Way back, I did try to do that but I failed because no matter how much I tried to post as many as discussions as possible, it did not work because I ran out of topics to discussed. I tried to coupled it by responding to some discussions but still it wasn't good enough because even if I came across to a lot of discussions, only few got me interested. So, it was a failure. I can not do that right now, though, even if I wanted to try again. For some reason, my internet connection has been very slow. I'm not sure what seems to be the problem...

I know exactly what you mean! I too sit down with "good intentions" an after about two or three hours the eyes go and I have to do something else or I, like you, ger bored and switch to something else. I have tried to set a schedule for myself that breaks up the work. I am a big computer golf fan and I have "TW Golf" on my computer so I usually will take a break and play a little golf or answer some emails. It seems to help and I go back to writing.

Yea, i have tried this, one day i posted somewhere around 100 posts in one day and all them were not more than 2 lines. Thats only because i wanted to reach 500 posts as fast as possible. But after that i never tried this and only could reach 60 posts per day. Happy mylotting. Regards, harry.

I try and post as fast as possible in mylot so that I can give the maximum posts in the day and try to earn as much as possible.I don't post fast to calculate the number of my posts per hour or something like that. I post fast to to earn much and also to post as much as possible

hello, No,i don't do such thing. Scanning topics alone takes me time to choose what topic i like and i can relate with. I don't give comment or write my opinion for the sake of number or earning. I respond to topics that i can relate with because i want to express my opinion according to my views. I never felt getting bored here in mylot. Have a great weekend

I have to admit I am pretty much the same way. I try to post as often and as much as I can but only topics I have an interest in. If I wrote on everything I saw I would probably be better off financially however the topic for me has to be something I am interested in. What about you?

Recently, I tried to post 25 responses in 9 hours. Maybe i made 2-3 responses per hour. I was so eager to earn money that I even forgot to wash my clothes LOL. I tried doing it everyday, but like what you said it gets boring. I end up playing online flash games for kids. LOL

The site is based on the more you post the more you make. No I wouldn't advise a person to quit their job to do this but if they are looking to improve their income over a period of time and have the time to invest it does bring more $$$'s over a period of time and for me it is fun and informative to see how others in the world think. I'm on a retirement fixed income so for me vit is great. Granted it isn't a lot of money but it is up to me how much I make depending how much I make. "IT'S UP TO ME" as the Thais say.

No, sometimes am out of ideas of what to post. But it is good enough for me if I can post at least 2 discussions a day. Most of the time, I like to read other people's discussions and put in my response.

Sometime I get undeceided about wether to start a new subject or post to other conversations. I guess it really doesn't make a difference as long as I am working. Every "penny" counts. To paraphrase, "THE ROAD TO A MILLION DOLLARS STARTS WITH BUT $.01." Not that I'll make that much but for sure if I don't work I'll get $0.00. What do you think?
