hello, Bidding projects in freelancers and odesk . You must have the skills that you are bidding for. For e.g You bid for "HTML" but you wont check it in to your skill It means you cannot bid you must add it up. And I think it only around 15 skills you can add if it increase you will need to pay. I used to look a project in freelancer because they are lot of employee and employer looking there. You must try this two website because they are popular and you can trust it. good Luck to you.
