Referrals Recycling on Onbux

I have rented 100 referrals on Onbux. I kept a rental balance and recycled 1 referral which will cost $0.08. But the rental balance is shown $0.59. That means some 40 cents drained from my rental balance. What is the experience of Onbux members. Can any body comment on this matter?
