Confliction

I am going to join an University as a lecturer very soon.As most of my activity will be with students so some conflict might arise between student and me.How can I avoid conflistion with student?

Most of the conflicts with students you really can't avoid in universities. The best thing i can suggest you is to just be yourself. Don't try too hard if you can't do it. And don't just give anyone a favor for a simple reason. Stand your ground if you have to or you'll be made fun of.
