hate my boss

I really don't know what to say. There are people who are short sighted. They want to make money in their lives and they want to make it right away. Now this makes them quite impatient about everything. Soon, they forget everything else but money. They don't even love the job they do. They know that they had to do it because they need to make more money. These people have absolutely no qualm in behaving unkindly with their employees. They pay wages and they assume that they practically own their employees. They want total slavery in exchange of the money they pay. This is really very distressing. I think you should better look for a new job. But to be quite frank with you, the market is filled with people like these. I don't think there will be much difference even if you switch your job. But then who knows, you may be lucky enough to get a better boss next time.
