Is Captcha typing job worth a try?

I know captcha and I got discouraged doing it because of the very slow servers and that you need to finish identifying 1000 images before you get paid by just a cent. However, it fascinates me to doing it because I can type fast and it relaxes me somehow to just type the words or images that appears on the software and I don't actually need to think much. This kind of data entry job is very easy. However, the pay is so low. I am just wondering, is it possible to find a captcha entry job that pays more than the meager 0.75 per 1000k entries? How many of you are still doing captcha entry jobs and why did you stay with it?

Yeah. It is a bit boring but I try doing it instead of playing games at home. I talked to a friend of mine. She said that she once found a job at Odesk where you can play test a game and you get paid. I hope I'll find one like that.
Thanks for sharing.

I have never heard of this type of work before. Could you explain a little more about how these type of sites work? How much do you usually make on the sites that you use? I am always looking for more sites to add to the sites that I already use on a daily basis. If you could let me know a little more about these type of sites that would be great.
