I have been writing some articles and short stories on line and have earned pennies. Where can I go on line to earn more money? How much can I earn?

I have been having a lot of success with Helium and Demand Studios. Demand pays american, canadian, and english members, but you must apply and submit a writing sample. They pay $15 an article, but it isn't for everyone. Helium is great; you can earn through contests, the marketplace, as well as the pennies for page views. Just yesterday I sold an article that took me half an hour to write for $60! I know people who are making a living writing for Helium as a full-time job.

I'll be having a look at these sites thanks for that info. Does helium accept English members also.

It is nice to know that you are doing well at Helium. Have you tried their new payment system? It sounds like it. Is it working well for you?

Helium pays members from everywhere. I like that they have different ways to earn so if I get bored with one way I can try another (they have contests every week and the first prize is $50!) I like the new upfront system. They have paid editors reviewing marketplace submissions as well as the regular rating system, so really good articles have a better chance of being picked for payments :)

I wonder the same thing. I try to write articles for Triond but for the moment I earn pennies too. But people say that it's better to receive money per view that get just one payment. With Triond you can still earn months after you've published the article.

I am trying to develop long-term residuals, but find I must balance that against present earnings. So I do a bit of both.

That is what I am focused on too. Up to about 50 dollars a month passively now, with Triond. I too started by earning only pennies a day too, but now that is up to dollars a day, and hopefully up to tens of dollars a day soon :D

Hi Uncorrectedvision, it is not a matter of which site is better. It has more to do with your topic, your application of seo techniques, and the promotional effort. Short stories do not make money. You can spend two hours writing short stories and earn just one or two cents in a year from the stories. If you want to make money, write how to articles, such as how to pass examination, or how to read books fast. Learn about onpage and offpage seo, especially about terms like keyword density, and backlinks. In term of promotional effect, you can use the ping service, Twitter, Facebook and other methods to get readers. However, for the purpose of seo, learn to get more backlinks.

Have you tried Dooyoo. It pays you to review things you have bought, so you can pick and choose on what you want to write about. As a new member thoughyou are limited to 5 reviews a day but get paid for every person who reads and rates your reviews. It's not amazing but it's quite good have a look at their website and see what you think

I used to write for ciao before they closed the site and it caused me to do more writing for dooyoo. The only problem is when I reached payout the only thing I could get was an amazon gift certificate for Australia or somewhere. I finally had to sell it on e-bay because the shipping cost too much to order anything. I have written for Helium and have had a few articles published but haven't made much. I must admit I have gotten slack lately though. You can try AER Rewrite. They already have the content, they just want you to rewrite it and they pay each week.

Hello. Writing has been my hobby since my college years, and is still is. I enjoy writing articles, short stories, reviews, and so on. There are a number of excellent sites where one can do online writing and make some good earnings. One of my favorites is "Review Stream". You can write brief reviews there on a variety of topics, and make some decent earning.
