Elebux - Still paying or a SCAM?

Hi members of mylot.
I need to talk with you about this topic that makes me worry.
Today, as I do everyday, I made the clics in the ptc sites I use. But when I opened elebux, I read that the site is under construction, and now the members can't access to their accounts.
In addition, I've read in some other sites, that Elebux is now a SCAM, and that they're not paying anymore via paypal.
Do you know anything about this? What do you think? Is it a SCAM or not?

I think they are scam now..they mentioned on there homepage that there will be no minimum earning required to get payment..all will be instant but at first they required you to earn 18 cent to get payment..after reaching 20 cent I requested for cashout and to my surprise I got another alert saying I require $2 to cash out.Blah ! they are not true to there words.

It's important to know that. I didn't know about that. When I registered, I read that members can cashout after they get 2 dollars.

Hello yesterday i requested my first cashout through PayPal processor but today the site is under constructions.If Elebux make payment to me in the next several days i'll post here.My cashout amount is not big that it can be only evidence for their legitimacy.If i have been paid i'll post here.Happy Earnings!

I don't know if they are getting back.. The site looks very suspicious, from the former admin, to the new admin, and even he moderator.. endless excuses! BUT they did pay some members 2 days ago, I actually know one of those who got paid.. SO, there is still a chance they might still turn out to be a good site. Let's just keep our fingers crossed!

what are you tell...i am shoked..i am auser of elebux..... is elebux not paid by paypal...have you earn any money from elebux before????please tell meeeeeeeee

No, I've never cashed out before. I was waiting to reach the minimum amount to ask for my first payment, I hope that elebux is active soon.
