Is it possible to convert Philippine Peso to USD?

I have an account in Paypal and my Philippine peso balance is getting bigger each day. Is it possible to convert my Philippine peso to USD? i will use it to online shopping. thanks for your replies. :)

It is possible, but there will be some fee in the conversion. What's more, the conversion rate of Paypal is different from the local bank.
