Sachin to return India,Indian opening in trouble

no i dont think indian team is in such a big trouble, in the one match off t20 also, sachin was not opening, virat and vijay opened for india, so the same will happen in the rest of the series also. india is having a strong batting line-up so that wont be a big trouble, anway another opener probably partiv patel will be sent for the final two odis. surely sachin is a big miss but india can get out of this problem.

I am just hearing the news from you. I saw yesterday that Sachin did not take the field, during South Africa's batting, I did not know that the injury was so serious, that he has to return home. Nothing is lost, and M.Vijay can open the innings with Kohili. Instead of rushing an opener, we have to steady the middle order and an middle order batsman will be better, than an opener, because Kohili has got the talent to open the innings.

Whoever be the replacement doesn't matter much. Tendulkar was the only hope for opening slot. Murali Vijay is okay for test matches but in South African fast, bouncy pitch he is helpless. Gambhir and Sehwag's absence due to injury left the specialist openers and versatile batsmen's slot empty as there aren't much replacements in the reserve bench. Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh are the specialist batsmen in the middle order but their form is a concern. Dhoni and Yusuf Pathan can help but not much. The last hope was Tendulkar who was in a tremenous form throughout the last year in all format of the game. Now his departure has thrown the Indian team in a huge trouble. If others can play well and fight back then only they can think of defeating the South African side in the ODI series else it seems more difficult.

Bad news for India as they have struggled in SA always and now they are short of 4 first choice players.Tendulkar would have played atleast one or two match winning knocks to win this series for India , now he is out and we have just one opener that is Vijay who is struggling to make runs .Hope he does well in next match as it wont be easy for Parthiv to perform in SA conditions.

It is indeed bad news for India that Sachin has to get back to India leaving the ongoing O.D.I. series. First Sehwag and Gambhir and now Sachin, India's opening will definitely in problem particularly on fast South African pitches. On Indian pitches India has number of players who can open. I hope some replacement comes fast although anybody coming at this stage has to struggle on these pitches.

Let Yusuf Pathan do the opening. In absence of Sehwag, he is capable of giving explosive start to India. Also his off spinners can come in handy as seen in the twenty twenty match. sachin was already struggling in the first two matches and Vijay also is not performing well. We should have a left hand right hand opening pair.

what a bad timing. sachin was getting warmed up for a biggie and there you have it,hamstring. no sachin,sehwag,gambhir. only available is vijay who is actually the worst performing batsmen,even below bhajji. so no opener in the squad.it would be stupid to ask for either parthiv or karthik considering both are not part of the world cup squad. so try vijay with kohli,follow it with yuvraj,raina,yusuf,dhoni,rohit,bhajji,zaheer,ashish and munaf. there problem solved.considering kohli has been coming into bat very quickly in the last few occasion and he is also aggresive,we can open with him

Some how managing to level the series by winning yesterday's game now comes the news that Sachin is not fit for the remaining matches. If if Sachin does not make it fifty or hundred he is the morale booster of the team and his absence would surely be reflected there.

For me not only India but for the whole word I think because many are not to convince about the time of peace on the earth.
