Confusion over my sun sign . Cusp ?

I was born on 23rd September 1990.Now according to some websites in the internet my sun sign is "virgo" while some other say that i am "Libra". I think i'm libra. Actually 24th august to 23rd september is virgo and 24th september to 23 October is Libra as claimed by some. So i belong in between and in cusp. So what is my real sun sign ? I'm a bit confused.So do i have the characteristics of both or none ? I wanted to know my lucky numbers,date and color but this thing confuses me. Please suggest something and let me know good websites of astrology to get lucky numbers,colors etc. if you know. Don't believe that i'm an ardent follower of luck and astrology.
