Beginner Saxophonist in Need of Help!

Every time I play the saxophone, I can't seem to maintain a difference in pitch between octaves. Is there something wrong with my saxophone? :(

Check that the octave key is closing fully and that the pad is intact and supple. Believe it will come out right and it probably will, at least with practice
