I had seriously thought the third Pirates of the Carribean movie would be the last, but I guess I was wrong. So, the new one, which is supposed to come out May 2011, is titled Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides. Plot: Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) is back, together with enigmatic girl Angelica (Penelope Cruz), on a quest to find the Fountain of Youth. Facing formidable foes such as the infamous Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself in another formidable adventure. I'm excited to see this movie, but at the same time I'm not. I don't think this movie is going to be good like the other three since Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley aren't going to be in this movie. So it's going to be weird without seeing this three together and just seeing Johnny Depp alone.

I totally agree. Wouldn't be a POTC movie without Johnny Depp in it.

That's true, it won't be the same, but as long as Johnny Depp's still there, I think the movie can still stand strong. He still is one of the movie's strongest points. I mean, what's a POTC movie without Johnny Depp?

I seriously can't wait too! Luckily, May is still my summer vacation, so I'll be able to happily watch it without worrying about school.

I am looking forward to seeing this new pirates movie. the other three have been great. I only wish that Orlando Bloom was going to be among the cast. He could certainly pull off playing a swashbuckling hero.

Yeah, me too. I really did not want the Pirates of the Caribbean series to end yet. I saw the trailer just recently to and it looked awesome. I definitely cannot wait for May 2011, love the new cast too, Barbossa's still there.

They gave it a pretty decent closure in the third film though, which is why I'm sort of surprised with the new movie. But still, this is still a great series! I'm definitely looking forward to it.

I just saw a long trailer for this at the movie theater, and it looks at least as good as the last one. I can't wait to see more of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow, but I could live without Penelope Cruz, especially on the big screen. Oh well, at least we'll get to see more of Keith Richards!

I haven't seen the trailer yet on the big screen, but I'll probably see it once I watch Tangled. To be honest, I'm not that all familiar with Penelope, so I don't know how she'll be.

I've seen the other three, so I'm looking forward to seeing this new Pirates when it's released. I think that it's Johnny Depp in the character of Jack Sparrow who makes it all work.

I totally agree. Without Johnny Depp, POTC just won't be POTC. It's OK that the previous two protagonists are no longer around, in my opinion, as long as Depp's still there. He keeps everything working.

Now this is really a great news. I would love to watch this movie. I have seen all its three parts previously and was thinking that when would the next part will come. But Its coming in May and there is still some time left in the movie to get released.

I've been seeing the trailer for a while now on Disney Channel, and I was surprised that there hasn't been much news on it online. I've watched all three parts too, due to the influence of a friend. It's a really lovable series.

Any excuse to watch Mr Depp is a good excuse! I know they filmed a bit of it in the UK because that made the news, and I know there'll be a lot of Pirates fans that will be eagerly awaiting this film! I really liked the first one, the second was okay... I'm not so sure about yet another, but regardless of how tired the storyline may get it'll still be a top quality flick I'm sure :)

in english movies, i always choose the drama or heavy drama genre so i never happened to be an enthusiast fan of that film okay. also, most of my local films collections are under the genre of drama. when i say drama, it could be a love story, family, friendship, religious, etc... so i wouldn't tick your link off you are sharing here. sorry for now okay that is not under my interest

You're welcome :). I'm always happy to share it with fellow fans. Johnny Depp is also one of my favorite characters, and I've watched a ton of movies he stars in. Hopefully, this one won't disappoint.
