I Like eating Chinese foods but i don't know how to cook them. They seem to be so intricate in cooking because they have lots of spices to blend. So, when i feel like eating Chinese food, we just go to a restaurant. That way, i won't get too tired in preparing them . LOL

Hi mark98,
I love eating Chinese foods as well as cooking. I love noodles specifically from the thin one(sotanghon, misua) to the mien. I can't forget my Grandma when I was a little child. She told us when we were young that eating noodles can give us a long life because of the long strand of every noodles. Every time that someone from the family celebrating a birthday, my Grandma will cook "pancit canton" or "pancit bihon". Aside from that ingredients are fresh and nutritious. As far as I know, it is nutritious because they were able to preserve the necessary vitamins and minerals from the raw foods.
Hmmm...yummy Chinese foods makes me crave for one menu.
