havn't been there for a long time. I really miss you friends.
I have been through a hard time these days. Exams,family, a long vacation without my boyfriend...things are difficult.but even more difficult is that I feel that I really don't like myself. I don't like the way I act ,the way I think.
winter vacation with my family brings me so much pressure. I hate to be with my parents.Because I hate it when there are so many difficulties but i can't do any thing to help.I feel upset.
Oh my god!can't believe i complained so much.what's wrong with me!!

greetings! based on this post, i don't see anything wrong with you. it's important for people to let all frustrations out once in a while. as long you're not doing anything to harm yourself or anyone around you, i believe you're perfectly normal. just stay strong and positive. sooner or later, everything would be better. enjoy your day! :)

By the way are complaining about yourself, i understand how stressed out you are!
All i would suggest you is, just get a nice deep sleep. You don't have to push yourself so hard. Once you wake up fresh, try to forget all your stress by just doing things which will divert your thoughts away. Find some new passion and spend time learning something new. This will help you ease out of the stress and you will be back normal in a matter of few days!
And the most important thing, try to be away from your close one's because sometimes when we are so uncertain about ourselves, others care will also look bad! You may end up behaving rude to them. If you can handle yourself without being rude, then i don't think you should stay away!
I hope you find something to come out of this and stay happy!

I do not know you, except for this post. What you say about yourself is concerning me. I think perhaps you may need counseling to help sort out your feelings.
In the meantime, though you have much pressure and time constraints, take the time to exercise at least a half hour a day. That will help lift your mood and help your focus on classwork. When you think something bad about yourself, think about the things that are good about you. For every negative, counteract with at least 3 positive things.

We are always happy to see a member return. Sometimes it gets so hard in life and we tend to be our worst critics, I will not give you a mushy speech outside of saying:
Do take care of you as this can lead to several illnesses and deep depression. Coming to myLot will allow you to vent, ask and help others as you will be able to relate to many with perhaps the same issues and or worse.

Hi wzixiaoyao,
You have finished all your hard time. You have been through exams hope you gave them well and your long vacation without your boyfriend is over. So now what is there to worry about. Try to help your parents as much as you can in whichever you can. I do not know about the difficulties your parents are facing right now. So you try to help them what best you can.
Depression is one enemy which we need to fight and keep it away from us. Believe in yourself you are the best. Go alone for a long walk if possible where you don't have any traffic and pollution and rethink why you are depressed while walking and what would be the results of current situation. List out in your brain and analyze, now things will look much clear and transparent.
Come back speak to the person whom you like the most, things will be fine.
